What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or available in stock. This guarantees your reservation of the product once it becomes available.
Payment for Pre-Orders
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order
Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization
Prices for pre-order items are subject to change before release, but your confirmed order will remain at the price paid
Release Dates
Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors
These dates are subject to change without prior notice
The Grand Archive is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or external factors
If a release date changes, your order will be updated accordingly.
Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are shipped once they are received and processed in our warehouse
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available
In some cases, we may ship items separately at our discretion
Estimated shipping times will begin from the official release date, not the order date.
Cancellations
Pre-orders can be canceled within a limited time after purchase, before processing begins
Once the product is prepared for shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
Pre-order items are eligible for return under our standard return policy
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Allocation and Availability
In rare cases, high-demand products may be allocated by suppliers. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to limited availability:
You will be notified promptly
A full refund will be issued
